MULS and BPP presents: Diversity For All

The aim of this event is to reach out to all students and inviting them to join this event because this is the main purpose of this event: Diversity is for all. Everyone is unique in their own ways. Hence, diversity should be embraced by everyone regardless of how one identifies oneself. The ability to relate and share one’s perspectives and views in a myriad of diversity-related issues would be beneficial in enhancing and promoting diversity.

  • Macfarlanes

  • Clifford Chance

  • Eversheds Sutherland

  • Squire Patton Boggs

  • BPP Law School

Will all be attending - so this is a great opportunity to understand what Diversity means for you & for the legal profession as a whole.

Why does diversity matter to law firms? Because it matters to their clients.

Why does it matter to their clients? Because the issues they have require a diverse group of individuals, from different walks of life, to offer the varying perspectives required to come to the best solution possible.

Why does diversity matter to you? That's what we want to explore.

We'll focus on four aspects that we feel define diversity for us: (i) Disability+ Mental Health (ii) BAME (iii) LGBTQ+ (iv) Gender

This event is something different - and it's one we'd be honoured to have you at.

Join us for networking, real talks and a showcase of Manchester's unique diversity!

All are welcome!

This event will be held on the 27th February (Thursday) 5 pm- 7 pm at Manchester Academy 3 (Second Floor in Student Union).

We look forward to seeing you all!
